Accuracy & Changes Disclaimer All prices, itineraries, and details are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes made by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other service providers. Pricing can change from quoted price based on time of booking, upgrades, seat changes, flight classes etc.
Responsibility Disclaimer We act solely as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel-related services. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, changes, or service failures by third parties.
Liability Waiver We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, accidents, illness, or delays resulting from acts of God, government actions, weather, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Travel Requirements & Documentation Travelers are responsible for reading travel documents with their travel booking. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and any necessary travel documentation. We are not responsible for denied boarding, entry restrictions, or missed flights due to improper documentation.
Travel Insurance Recommendation We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen travel disruptions. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.
Refunds & Cancellations All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers. Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the provider’s policy. Any deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Force Majeure We are not responsible for any disruptions, cancellations, or additional costs incurred due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Financial Responsibility Any additional costs incurred due to flight delays, missed connections, additional accommodations, or personal expenses are the traveler’s responsibility. We are not liable for unforeseen costs or changes to travel plans.
This itinerary has been carefully designed to provide you with the best possible experience. While every effort will be made to follow the schedule as planned, please note that all itineraries are subject to change due to weather, availability, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If adjustments are required, we will communicate updates promptly and provide alternative arrangements of equal or greater value whenever possible. Final scheduling decisions remain at the discretion of the company and may be made without prior notice to ensure the safety, quality, and overall success of the trip.
The company is not responsible for changes or interruptions caused by third-party providers, natural events, or circumstances outside our direct control. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of the service agreement.

Certain portions of the trip, including optional tours, upgrades, and additional services, are not included in the main package and must be paid directly to the travel agent’s vendor. Receipts will be provided for all payments. For any payments made outside of the booking tool, an additional credit card authorization may be required to process the transaction.
